Privacy – AI Journey

This page explains how Consid handles personal data collected through the AI Guide. It complements Consid's general privacy policy, which applies in full.
What we collect
Your answers to the assessment questions, and, if you choose to unlock your roadmap, your name, business email, company, job title and optionally phone number. We also collect campaign information such as UTM parameters and the referring page.
Why we collect it
To provide your personalized AI roadmap, to handle a meeting or workshop you request, and to follow up where appropriate and permitted. Marketing communication is only sent if you give separate consent.
Legal basis
Providing the roadmap and handling requested meetings is based on your request (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract). Marketing communication is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Storage and retention
Assessment progress is stored only in your own browser until you complete it. When you unlock your roadmap, your contact details and answers are stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase in the EU, acting as Consid's data processor. Data is kept no longer than necessary, in line with Consid's privacy policy.
Analytics
We use anonymous analytics events to understand how the guide is used. No names, email addresses, company names or phone numbers are sent to analytics tools.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Contact us at the address below.
